Head of Investor Relations

Key Responsibilities:

Market & Investor Communication

• Drafting and reviewing press releases, earnings announcements, and investor decks
• Preparing management Q&A scripts for earnings calls
• Handling analyst/investor queries and calls
• Coordinating investor conferences & roadshows

Financial Analysis & Messaging

• Analyzing quarterly financial results, key ratios, KPIs
• Ensuring alignment between internal forecasts and market expectations
• Advising CFO/CEO on market sentiment and valuation impact

Intelligence & Market Monitoring

• Tracking share price movements, analyst reports, and peer performance
• Monitoring market rumors or activist investor movements
• Maintaining investor database (Bloomberg, Ipreo, FactSet, etc.)

Compliance & Disclosure

• Ensuring continuous disclosure obligations (per local stock exchange rules)
• Reviewing annual reports and Management Discussion & Analysis
• Coordinating with legal and finance on insider trading policies
• ESG integration / communication

Strategic Counsel to Management

• Advising CEO/CFO before investor meetings
• Benchmarking valuation gaps vs peers
• Supporting capital raising or M&A narrative

• International background: significant experience in Investor Relations, Investment Banking, Equity Research, or a related field within international/developed financial markets (e.g., US, UK, Europe, Singapore, Hong Kong)
• Experience: 10 – 15+ years in IR/Finance.
• Communication: exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and persuasively in English.
• Technical skills: deep expertise in financial valuation and public company reporting
• Skills: communication, storytelling, financial literacy. Financial modelling, equity valuation, strategic insight. Analytical thinking, discretion, market awareness. Governance, legal and regulatory knowledge. Strategic advisory, negotiation, presentation skills
