Asia Ingredients Group (AIG), with over 23 years of continuous development, has established a strong presence in the local and global market since 2001. Our rapid expansion in terms of operation scale and business performance has made us a pioneer, prominent, and leading professional in providing food ingredients and comprehensive solutions for the food industry in Vietnam.

Since 2001, AIG has maintained steady operations with a registered capital of VND 1,706,012,980,000. Our ecosystem has expanded to include 8 direct subsidiaries, 2 indirect subsidiaries, 1 indirect joint venture, and 2 indirect associate companies, along with 1 research center and 4 investment funds. These funds include MGCA FOODCO PTE. LTD. (established in 2023), VFPHK Holdings Limited, All Ingredients PTE. LTD., and PENM IV GERMANY GMBH & CO. KG.

Furthermore, AIG focuses on building a comprehensive ecosystem that includes trading, manufacturing, R&D, logistics, and international business with subsidiaries, an innovation center, and a network of smart-warehouses to provide our customers with the highest quality service and products. We are constantly developing our technology and expanding our distribution networks to ensure Vietnamese ingredients are brought to the global market.

  • ATL was converted into a joint-stock company, renamed "Asia Chemical Company (ACC)," marking a significant milestone and creating opportunities for accelerated growth.

  • Invested in the construction of AFI – Asia Saigon Food Ingredients Factory, pioneering the production of non-dairy creamer in Vietnam.

  • Mekong Enterprise Fund II invested in ACC

  • PENM Partner Capital invested in ACC

  • Asia Ingredients Group (AIG) acquired a 65% stake in Asia Hoa Son Corporation (AHS).
  • The State Securities Commission of Vietnam officially recognized AIG as a public company.
  • VPFHK Holdings Limited and PENM IV GERMANY GMBH & CO. KG became major shareholders of AIG.

  • AFI successfully commissioned Phase 2 of the spray drying tower to produce commercial creamer powder.
  • The company completed Phase 2 and officially inaugurated the Glucose Syrup Plant at AHS.

  • All Ingredients PTE. LTD. became a significant shareholder in AIG. PENM IV GERMANY GMBH & CO. KG increased its investment in AIG.
  • The General Department of Vietnam Customs recognized ACC as a priority enterprise.
  • ACC initiated the development of Asia Logistics Center No. 1 at Song Than Industrial Park 1, Di An, Binh Duong.
  • The APIS 2 factory was completed.

  • ACP commenced the construction of a coconut milk powder spray drying tower.

  • Inaugurated the AIG Building
  • AIC was renamed VICTA Trading Joint Stock Company
  • Established Mekong Delta Gourmet
  • Marubeni Growth Capital Asia Pte. Ltd. invested in Asia Ingredients Group (AIG).

  • MDG commenced the construction of a food processing factory in Phu An Thanh Industrial Park, Ben Luc, Long An
  • APIS signed a joint venture agreement to open a factory in Vietnam with Shimakyu
  • ASI inaugurated a natural essential oil and fragrance production plant in Ngoc Long commune, Yen My district, Hung Yen province
