Key Responsibilities:

• Perform tasks according to specific instructions, methods, and procedures for the QC staff position during production shifts.
• Conduct quality checks during the reception of fresh coconut meat/coconut water, throughout the production process, and on the final product.
• Manage records, documents, equipment/machinery, tools, etc., during the shift to prevent damage/loss, ensuring everything is complete, tidy, and organized.
• Collect drinking water samples when required.
• Inspect goods for dispatch in the finished product warehouse, cold storage, etc.
• Check and handle non-conforming products, defective products, and products that need to be processed according to SI.
• Receive information and act according to requests from RD and Production (if any).
• Enter daily report data.
• Directly inspect and isolate defective products (if any arise).
• Create non-conforming product reports, label them for identification, propose handling solutions, and send non-conforming product reports.
• Participate in identifying causes and proposing corrective-preventive measures for defective products, incidents, and customer complaints.
• Inspect cleanliness and remind the Production Supervisor.
• Inspect/supervise compliance of the production department, KTBT department, Logistics department, etc., during production shifts to ensure adherence to approved regulations and guidelines.
• Evaluate the compliance level of work procedures, work practices, and the working attitude of QC staff handling coconut selection and whole coconuts.
• Participate in company cultural events.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as requested by the QC Team Leader or higher.
• Support colleagues in the QA/QC department to complete assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• Graduated from college or higher in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or an equivalent major.
• Proficient in clerical work and document drafting.
