AIG Elevates Vietnam’s Food Ingredient Industry on the Global Stage

From March 11 to 14, 2025, Asia Ingredients Group (AIG) participated in Foodex Japan 2025, Further expanding its position as a leading corporation in the supply of ingredients and comprehensive solutions for the food and life sciences industries from Vietnam to the global market.

Strengthening market presence in Japan

At the Foodex Japan 2025, recently held in Tokyo, AIG was among 27 Vietnamese enterprises selected by The Agricultural Trade Promotion Center (under the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment) to showcase and promote the country’s flagship food ingredient products.

Foodex Japan 2025 is one of Asia’s largest trade fairs for the food and beverage industry. Featuring more than 3,000 prestigious brands from 68 countries and territories, along with over 76,000 visitors and business professionals, the event serves as an ideal platform for Vietnamese enterprises to connect with Japanese partners and expand into global markets.

At Foodex Japan 2025, numerous international partners and visitors expressed interest in collaborating with AIG.

At the event, AIG introduced a diverse range of products, including fruit puree, concentrated fruit juice, canned coconut water, and dried fruit… These high-quality products are sourced from Vietnam’s renowned agricultural regions and processed using cutting-edge German and European technology, ensuring optimal quality and nutritional value.
