Work Location Chau Thanh, Ben Tre Gender No preference Experience 1 year of experience in operating food processing machines & equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly inspect the condition of machinery and processing equipment before production, including checking the cleanliness of the machines and their technical parameters to ensure stable operation.
• Check the auxiliary conditions provided for the machinery and equipment.
• Operate the machine according to the Mixing system instructions and the issued regulations.
• Monitor the operational status of the equipment throughout the process to handle any issues promptly, preventing negative impacts on production.
• Fully record all forms and documents during the production operation.
• Monitor the quality and parameters of the products at the mixing tank, buffer tank, and filling machine to meet technical requirements and fill the required quantity as per the plan.
• Monitor, handle, and report any non-conformities during production to the supervisor.
• Implement and maintain industrial hygiene, food safety, occupational safety, and fire prevention at the workplace.
• Preserve and use materials, tools, and raw materials economically during production.
• Comply with the requirements of ISO-HACCP, GMP systems, etc.
• Adhere to the factory regulations and company policies.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Graduated from a vocational school or higher in Food Technology, Electrical - Automation, or Chemical Engineering.
• One year of experience in operating food processing machines & equipment.
