Work Location Chau Thanh, Ben Tre Gender No preference Experience 1 year of experience as an R&D/Lab Technician.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop technical specifications for finished products, raw materials, packaging, chemicals, and additives.
• Develop production formulas for new products.
• Conduct production trials for new products in the laboratory and on the production line.
• Create standard product specifications.
• Research and improve materials and production processes to reduce production costs and enhance product quality.
• Conduct tests related to the quality of products, semi-finished products, and waste products.
• Prepare samples for customers.
• Develop and complete RD documentation systems.
• Perform tasks assigned by the RD Team Leader/Supervisor/Management.

Requirements:

• Graduated from university or higher in Food Technology or an equivalent major.
• One year of experience as an R&D/Lab Technician.
