This role is critical in optimizing our sales processes, managing data, and forecasting to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations and a passion for data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage Sales Data & Potential Customers
- Measure and evaluate sales data to assess the effectiveness of the International Sales team.
- Research competitors and external markets to develop sales strategies aimed at achieving revenue and profit goals.
- Compile, analyze, and manage information on key customers, strategic customers, and potential customers.
Sales Forecasting & Supply Capability
- Coordinate with the International Sales team to gather customer demand.
- Analyze and forecast sales figures and the expected sales volume for the next period.
- Collaborate with the factory regarding production capacity to meet sales demand.
Support International Sales Team in Sales Activities
- Assist in executing and completing business and sales activities effectively, ensuring profitability for the company (from order reception, system entry, to delivery guidance, etc.).
- Provide documentation support to the International Sales team, such as sending samples to customers.
- Interact with relevant business units to address issues arising from orders.
- Receive and process requests from existing customers.
Control Sales Operations
- Review sales contracts based on approved prices and quantities before submitting them to the Internal Sales Director and BOD.
- Develop, review, and update processes and regulations related to the International Sales team’s operations.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes while identifying opportunities for improvement in sales processes and systems to enhance business performance.
- Implement and utilize technical tools and platforms to support business operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in a similar management position; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
- Proven experience in sales operations management, preferably in an international context.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data management tools.
