MDG - Production Executive

Work Localtion Ben Luc, Long An Gender No preference Experience 6 months of experience as a Production Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and control machinery and equipment according to approved production processes.
• Monitor technical parameters of the production process to ensure product quality meets standards.
• Detect and promptly handle technical issues during production.
• Plan and perform regular cleaning schedules for machinery and equipment to ensure smooth operation.
• Plan basic replacement materials suitable for each operating equipment cluster.
• Inspect and monitor production activities at different stages of the production process.
• Analyze production data and report results to superiors.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene during production:
• Implement personal hygiene procedures during production.
• Maintain hygiene conditions in the production area.
• Participate in activities to improve production processes.
• Propose measures to enhance production efficiency and line effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Graduated from university with a major in Food Technology.
• 6 months of experience as a Production Executive.
