MDG - Quality Control Executive

Work Location Ben Luc, Long An Gender No preference Experience 6 months of experience as a QC Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and monitor production processes to ensure product quality according to regulations.
• Track non-conforming products that need to be recycled and corrective actions from audits by organizations and customers.
• Isolate non-conforming products, create reports, and issue control tickets for non-conforming products.
• Report risks and product incidents to the department head and record them in the documentation.
• Inspect the quality of incoming raw materials to ensure they meet quality and food safety standards.
• Monitor and supervise production processes to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products according to issued standards and procedures.
• Identify potential issues affecting product quality and propose timely corrective measures.
• Record and store all inspection, evaluation, and monitoring documents for traceability when needed.

Requirements:

• Graduated from university in Food Technology or Biotechnology.
• 6 months of experience as a QC Executive.
