On July 16th, Asia Ingredients Group (AIG) held a training session on the use of Microsoft Lists, helping employees enhance their working capacity and improve performance. The Learning & Development (L&D) department collaborated with the Information Technology department to organize the training session at Training Room 2 and via the Microsoft Teams application.
Currently, Microsoft Lists is one of the leading smart work management tools developed by Microsoft from the SharePoint List application. This tool allows users to plan and track work with very simple operations. The application is available in the Microsoft 365 suite, and using Microsoft Lists in work will help save a lot of time and effort.
Microsoft Lists is distinguished by many advantages, such as retaining all edit versions, allowing the copying of existing lists, importing data directly from Excel, customizing metadata, and creating different list views, such as calendar view, administrator and member permissions, and formatting rows and cells in lists orderly.
