DEVELOPMENT JOURNEY

2001
CTL Company – the predecessor of Asia Ingredients Group – was established, specializing in the distribution of food ingredients.
2006
CTL transitioned into a limited liability company and was renamed ATL Co. Ltd.
2007
ATL was restructured into a joint-stock company under the new name Asia Chemical Corporation (ACC), expanding its operations to offer ingredient solutions for the food, healthcare, herbal, and cosmetics industries.
2009
The Asia Saigon Food Ingredients (AFI) factory commenced operations, pioneering the production of non-dairy creamer in the Vietnamese market.
2011
Mekong Enterprise Fund II invested in ACC.
2014
PENM Partners Capital invested in ACC. APIS Corporation was established.
2015
Asia Coconut Processing (ACP) and Asia Industrial Chemicals (AIC) were founded.
2016
Investment began in the APIS Agricultural Processing Plant.
2017
Member companies were consolidated under the Asia Ingredients Group (AIG) brand. The Innovation Center was established to spearhead new product development.
2018
NewQuest Capital Partners became an investor in AIG. Investment was made in the AHS - Asia Hoa Son Corporation tapioca starch processing plant.
2019
Asia Ingredients Group (AIG) was officially recognized as a public company by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam. VPFHK Holdings Limited and PENM IV Germany GmbH & Co. KG became major shareholders.
2021
All Ingredients PTE. LTD. became a major shareholder. ACC launched the construction of Asia Logistics Hub No.1 in Binh Duong and completed the APIS 2 factory.
2023
The AIG Headquarters building was officially inaugurated. AIC was renamed VICTA Trading Joint Stock Company. Mekong Delta Gourmet (MDG) was established. Marubeni Growth Capital Asia Pte. Ltd. invested in AIG.
2024
Asia Specialist Ingredient (ASI) was founded. MDG broke ground on a food manufacturing facility in Long An. APIS signed a joint venture agreement with Shimakyu to build a factory in Vietnam. ASI inaugurated its essential oil and natural aroma production plant in Hung Yen Province.
