AIG ACCELERATES DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION WITH NEXT-GENERATION ERP SYSTEM
As part of its ongoing effort to modernize management systems and optimize operations across the board, Asia Ingredients Group (AIG) is accelerating its digital transformation journey. A key strategic move in this process is the implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP system across its member companies. This initiative aims to strengthen operational leadership, improve management efficiency, and lay a solid foundation for international expansion.
ACC officially launched its ERP system on June 1, 2025
Most recently, on June 1, 2025, Asia Chemical Corporation (ACC) officially brought its ERP system into operation following a methodical and well-structured implementation phase. Earlier, two other subsidiaries, VICTA Trading Joint Stock Company (VICTA) and Asia Sai Gon Food Ingredients Joint Stock Company (AFI), had successfully completed deployment and achieved stable operations. Asia Coconut Processing Joint Stock Company (ACP) has also commenced its ERP implementation project and is expected to go live by November 2025.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a next-generation ERP platform designed to integrate all core business functions into a single unified system, including finance and accounting, procurement, sales, inventory management, production, and supply chain operations.
The group-wide rollout of this system reflects AIG’s strong commitment to building a modern, data-driven management model and enhancing operational excellence. Through this digital transformation, AIG is standardizing data across its member companies and progressively integrating centralized management platforms. The result is a resilient and agile enterprise ecosystem with enhanced transparency and competitiveness.
ERP deployment across subsidiaries is a key part of AIG’s digital transformation strategy, designed to strengthen internal capabilities, optimize operations, and enhance the Group’s competitive edge.
With the ERP system now being extensively applied to management and quality control processes, AIG is solidifying its foundation for sustainable governance while enhancing system-wide connectivity and data sharing. This digital infrastructure serves as a critical enabler for scaling operations and reinforcing AIG’s presence in international markets.
