- Plan to order raw materials, control raw materials inventory.
- Establish and monitor orders, delivery progress of domestic items in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Company.
- Draft, monitor, implement and liquidate contracts for purchasing domestic goods.
- Monitor and evaluate Suppliers periodically and make a list of additional Suppliers.
- Search for Suppliers capable of supplying the items in charge in accordance with the quality standards prescribed by the Company.
- Organize monthly or quarterly bidding.
- Resolve issues arising before, during and after receiving goods such as compensation, return of goods, complaints, … (if any).
- Update the procedures prescribed by State management agencies to ensure proper implementation.
- Propose measures to handle arising issues in the department’s operations and related to other units.
- Propose solutions on pricing strategies, new suppliers, processing options, participate in professional training programs. Other tasks as required.

- At least 2 years of experience in domestic purchasing (priority in food ingredients)
