Plan to order raw materials, control raw materials inventory.
Establish and monitor orders, delivery progress of domestic items in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Company.
Draft, monitor, implement and liquidate contracts for purchasing domestic goods.
Monitor and evaluate Suppliers periodically and make a list of additional Suppliers.
Search for Suppliers capable of supplying the items in charge in accordance with the quality standards prescribed by the Company.
Organize monthly or quarterly bidding.
Resolve issues arising before, during and after receiving goods such as compensation, return of goods, complaints, … (if any).
Update the procedures prescribed by State management agencies to ensure proper implementation.
Propose measures to handle arising issues in the department’s operations and related to other units.
Propose solutions on pricing strategies, new suppliers, processing options, participate in professional training programs. Other tasks as required.

Male/Female. Age from 24 – 35 years old
University graduate majoring in Economics
At least 2 years of experience in domestic purchasing (priority in food ingredients)
Priority is given to candidates living in Binh Duong.
