AIG Asia Ingredients Corporation appoints new Chairman of the Board – a strategic move
Ho Chi Minh City, February 21, 2025 – AIG Asia Ingredients Corporation (“AIG” or “the Company”) announced the establishment of the Strategy Council and the appointment of a new Chairman of the Board of Directors (“BOD”), marking an significant milestone in the company's long-term development strategy. Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Thien Truc will step down as Chairman of the BOD to take on the role of Chairman of the Strategy Council and continue as a Member of the BOD. Mr. Bernhard Hackl has been officially appointed as Chairman of the BOD, effective March 1, 2025, succeeding Mr. Thien Truc.

APIS and Shimakyu Sign Joint Venture Agreement to Open Factory in Vietnam
On September 12, 2024, at the AIG Building, APIS Corporation – a member of Asia Ingredients Group (AIG) – signed a joint venture agreement with Shimakyu Co., Ltd., Japan. During the signing ceremony, Mr. Huynh Thanh Lam, Commercial Director of APIS, and Mr. Takeuchi Yusuke, Managing Director of Shimakyu, agreed to establish a factory in Vietnam.
