This role is as part of the Sales Department, reporting directly to the Business Unit Manager. The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, managing key accounts and suppliers, developing the sales team, and ensuring sustainable business growth.

II. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop sales forecasts and action plans for assigned customers
- Expand customer base and convert potential leads into key accounts
- Provide product and solution consultation based on customer needs and market trends
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction
- Daily business operations: Identify new leads, assess credit risk, and submit order approvals
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations
- Develop strategic supplier relationships
- Support team development and training
- Attend supplier seminars to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
- Prepare regular sales and market reports
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
III. Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetics
- Minimum 5 years in B2B sales (preferably in Personal & Home Care ingredients or chemicals)
- Experience handling key accounts in the Personal & Home Care/Chemical manufacturing industry
- R&D experience in Personal & Home Care production is a plus
- Strong knowledge of chemical ingredients and trading
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Strong customer relationship and team management skills
- Proficiency in English
