- Establish technical specifications for auxiliary equipment, electrical devices, and measuring instruments based on specific project requirements.
- Prepare tender packages and invitations to bid; consolidate and conduct preliminary evaluations of bidders; and propose shortlisted contractors to the Project Board for further proceedings.
- Coordinate and monitor the progress of delivery, installation, commissioning, and final acceptance testing (FAT/SAT) for assigned equipment.
- Standardize software, PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems to ensure synchronization of the Group’s automation programs.
- Develop master plans for automation activities across AIG’s subsidiaries.
- Willingness to travel for long-term and remote business trips.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

2. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in projects, electrical systems, control systems, and automation, proficiency in electrical design software.
- Competent in using specialized software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.
- Ability to self-research and work independently.
- English: Basic communication and ability to read technical manuals.
3. WORKING LOCATION & MOBILITY
- Year 1 (Mobile): based in HCMC; supervising Binh Duong, Ben Tre, and Long An sites.
- From Year 2: based in Nghe An site.
