- Work closely with project managers to establish project timelines and designs
- Develop diagrams and visual aids and prepare design specifications
- Execute project based on outlined criteria
- Planning & design: review architectural and structural drawings, ensuring they align with factory layouts and production requirements.
- Technical specifications: develop and review URS (User Requirement Specifications) for civil works, including flooring, drainage, cleanroom partitions, and structural steel.
- Contractor management: supervise civil contractors on-site to ensure construction aligns with approved designs and technical standards.
- Quality control: inspect materials (concrete, steel, finishing materials) and monitor the execution of construction milestones.
- Project progress: track civil work schedules using MS Project and report deviations or risks to the Department Director.
- Compliance: ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes, fire safety (PCCC) regulations, and Food Safety (HACCP/ISO) requirements for factory environments.
- Documentation: manage project dossiers, including site diaries, inspection records, and as-built drawings for final handover.

2. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; priority for graduates from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (Bach Khoa) or University of Architecture.
- 5 years of civil engineering experience in industrial construction, specifically in food & beverage (F&B)
- Experience with AutoCAD
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication skills and design skills
- Strong knowledge of industrial construction standards and building materials.
- Understanding of cleanroom standards and hygienic design in food manufacturing.
- Proficiency in reading structural and MEP coordination drawings.
