- Learning & Development:
- Lead and implement training programs based on organizational needs.
- Conduct assessments to identify training needs across departments.
- Organize and manage internal training sessions and workshops, collaborating with external trainers as necessary.
- Internal Event & Internal Communication Management:
- Plan and execute internal events such as workshops and engagement initiatives.
- Support large-scale events such as YEP, team building, Group-wide meetings, etc.
- Design & draft internal communication memos/ posters from HR team to employees
- Employee Engagement:
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- International Academic Background: Possession of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an overseas institution to leverage global management standards and diverse cultural perspectives.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in learning and development or event management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Good design skills with common tools such as Canva, Photoshop, PowerPoint.
- Creative thinker with the ability to strategize and design effective programs and events.
- Able to perform as a MC is preferrable.
Personal Attributes:
- Able to travel to other sites within a working day.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- High adaptability and responsiveness in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about fostering a culture of continuous learning and employee engagement.
