- Receive assignments and directives from the Director of Engineering & Project Department.
- Participate in projects involving new construction, renovation, and expansion of factories and production lines.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to gather technical requirements.
- Participate in drafting and/or reviewing User Requirement Specifications (URS) and technical specifications (Electrical, Mechanical, Construction, or Automation based on expertise).
- Check and review design drawings, master layouts, shop drawings, and technical dossiers.
- Manage project documentation; supervise and monitor contractors during construction and equipment installation; provide regular progress updates.
- Report progress, risks, and emerging issues to management.
- Participate in commissioning and trial runs of equipment and production lines.
- Ensure compliance with technical standards, Food Safety (ATVSTP), Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), and AIG internal regulations.

- Request contractors to rectify designs or fabrications that do not meet standards.
- Reject handovers/acceptance if the results do not meet the URS.
- Propose improvement solutions and technical optimizations.
3. REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering: Mechanical, Electrical, Automation (for M&E role) or Civil Engineering (for Civil role).
- Priority given to graduates from Bach Khoa (HCMCUT) or University of Technology and Education (HCMUTE).
- 3 – 5 years of experience in food factory construction projects or food production line installations.
- In-depth understanding of technical project implementation workflows.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and design documents.
- Proven experience in contractor management.
- Basic knowledge of Food Safety and Labor Safety standards in food manufacturing.
- Ability to read and understand English technical documentation.
- Project monitoring and schedule control skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with contractors.
- Analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
- Willingness to travel for business/work at provincial sites as required.
