On the morning of March 31, 2026, G.C Food Joint Stock Company (GC Food) – a member of Asia Ingredients Group (AIG) was officially honored with the High-Quality Vietnamese Goods 2026 award, as voted by consumers. This recognition acknowledges GC Food’s persistent efforts in enhancing the value of Vietnamese agricultural products, particularly in its two core categories: aloe vera and nata de coco.

The High-Quality Vietnamese Goods 2026 survey program was conducted from September 2025 to January 2026, featuring a multi-layered evaluation process, including dossier review, field surveys, and independent verification. The results reflect consumers’ trust in product quality and corporate reputation amid an increasingly competitive market landscape.

Pioneering value creation from aloe vera and nata de coco

Established in 2011, GC Food is currently a leading company in Vietnam’s aloe vera and nata de coco market, with its export network expanding to over 27 countries. What sets GC Food apart is its fully integrated production model, following a “farm-to-table” approach.

GC Food’s aloe vera raw material area in Ninh Thuan is cultivated in accordance with VietGAP and GlobalGAP standards.

GC Food owns over 200 hectares of aloe vera plantations in Ninh Thuận, with an average yield of around 550 tons per hectare per year, meeting VietGAP and GlobalGAP standards. This enables consistent quality control and clear traceability. In addition, its in-vitro tissue culture technology produces approximately 3 million seedlings annually, providing a strong foundation for future expansion.

Currently, GC Food operates two major factories: VietFarm (Khanh Hoa) and Vinacoco (Dong Nai), with a combined capacity of about 30,000 tons of nata de coco per year. Notably, the Vinacoco factory supplies around 6 million liters of coconut water annually. Meanwhile, a 250-hectare raw material area in Ben Tre yields approximately 15,000 tons of finished nata de coco.

The closed-loop production process enables GC Food to maintain strict quality control from raw materials to finished products.

At the same time, its manufacturing system is equipped with advanced technologies such as IQF, Aseptic, and UHT, meeting international standards including Organic USDA, FSSC 22000, FDA, HALAL, and KOSHER. As a result, GC Food’s aloe vera and nata de coco products not only ensure safety but also enhance value for applications in the food and beverage industry.

Diversifying products to capture consumer trends

With strong production capabilities, GC Food is currently a key partner of leading domestic and global companies in the food and beverage sector. Its development strategy focuses on building a comprehensive product ecosystem, combining raw material supply with consumer product development.

In the ingredients segment, GC Food offers a wide range of products such as diced aloe vera, aseptic aloe vera, aloe vera in syrup, and aloe vera juice, serving various needs in the F&B industry, particularly in beverage manufacturing and nutritional food production.

GC Food’s product portfolio meets international standards, serving both domestic and export markets.

Meanwhile, in the consumer segment, GC Food is expanding its ready-to-eat aloe vera product lines with various flavors, low-sugar options, and added nutritional benefits catering to modern consumer trends focused on convenience and health.

Nata de coco – one of its key products has also been continuously improved with reduced sugar content and enhanced levels of fiber and minerals. At the same time, the company is expanding into high-tech fruit products such as melons, grapes, and apples, gradually completing its agricultural value chain.

In the coming years, GC Food plans to further expand its raw material areas, strengthen technology adoption, and develop more value-added products from aloe vera and nata de coco, including beverages and cosmetics. With a sustainable development orientation, GC Food not only delivers nutritious products but also contributes to elevating the global presence of Vietnamese agricultural brands, steadily reinforcing its position in the global supply chain.
