Asia Chemical Corporation (ACC) Drives Health-Focused Innovations with Inaugural “Nourishing Vietnam” Conference

Asia Chemical Corporation (ACC), a member of Asia Ingredients Group (AIG), has convened 107 industry attendees from 42 companies at its inaugural Nourishing Vietnam conference, held in partnership with Glanbia, IFF, and Rousselot. The event brought together key players across the bakery, beverage, and dairy sectors to address Vietnam’s growing shift toward healthier, more sustainable food and beverage products.

Against a backdrop of rising obesity and diabetes rates, the forum addressed a dynamic market in transition. Research from Mintel unveiled that 21% of 1,000 Vietnamese adults surveyed online expressed strong interest in GLP-1 solutions for weight management -signaling a shift in dietary behavior and a new growth frontier for manufacturers balancing health and taste. Moving beyond discussion, ACC’s in-house Application & Innovation Center presented 13 prototype tastings tailored to local preference and modern lifestyles. The portfolio targeted on three consumer priorities: High–Protein for Active Lifestyles, Gut Health & Immunity, and Better-For-You Indulgence.
