1. Strategic Account & Sales Growth:
- Be the dedicated account leader for the client’s full ingredients logistics services.
- Identify opportunities to expand service offers (e.g., specialized warehousing, transport, inventory control) and drive sales revenue.
- Lead commercial proposals, contract renewals, and negotiation of service level Agreements (SLAs).
2. Logistics Operations & Service Delivery:
- Take a hands-on approach to oversee daily logistics operations (order fulfillment, transport, inventory) to ensure exceptional On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) performance.
- Drive continuous improvement projects in logistics processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
3. Financial Management & Control:
- Manage the P&L for the client account, focusing on margin optimization and cost control.
- Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and detailed cost analysis for all service lines.
4. Customer Relationship Excellence:
- Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders across client’s supply chain and procurement teams.
- Act as a true partner, anticipating needs and advocating for the client.
