We are seeking a dynamic, sales-driven Head of Essentials to lead and grow our core business: Food Ingredients and Food Commodities. This pivotal role is focused on maximizing B2B sales, negotiating high-value contracts with Key Accounts, and leading the commercial strategy for the division. Logistics efficiency is critical but serves primarily as a sales enablement function.
B2B Sales Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute aggressive B2B sales strategies to achieve market leadership and maximize revenue from Food Ingredients and Commodities.
- Drive significant revenue growth and margin expansion across the product portfolio.
- Lead high-stakes negotiations with Key Accounts, including Cost, Insurance, and Freight (CIF)/ Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) pricing, Foreign Exchange hedging, and major volume commitments.
- Represent the company in global tenders, annual E-bidding processes, and critical customer reviews.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key B2B clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Represent the company in global tenders, annual E-bidding processes, and high-stakes negotiations.
Market Intelligence & Growth
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
- Develop actionable insights to support product development, pricing strategies, and market expansion.
Team Development & Performance
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional team including Sales Managers and Operations staff.
- Set KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
