Job Overview:

to develop and execute business plans and budgets for the Feed & Vet Ingredients unit, ensuring alignment with the company’s annual business strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Planning: develop the business plan and operational budget for the unit in line with the company’s annual business plan.
  • Team Management: manage and develop the department’s staff into a professional, capable, and high-performing team.
  • Policy Development: create and propose policies and procedures to control all departmental transactions.
  • Sales Forecasting: Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual profit and sales forecasts (detailed by SKUs, key customers, and sales targets for each salesperson).
  • Sales Plan: develop a sales plan (including pricing policies) and customer care strategies.
  • Product Development: plan for product/solution expansion in the sector.
  • Market Trends: update on market trends and competitor activities to adjust plans timely.
  • Customer Development: support and supervise sales staff in developing new customers and maintaining key accounts, ensuring profitability for the Business Unit.
  • Daily Business Operations: Daily oversight of business operations, including:
  • Assessing credit risk for customers and large orders and approval as per authority.
  • Processing orders and managing deliveries.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and driving sales of near-expiry products.
  • Supervising debt recovery and guiding sales staff in customer follow-ups.
  • Setting prices for each order based on product information from the accounting department.
  • Ensuring selling and delivery costs do not exceed established budgets.
  • Key Account Management: execute customer care plans for key accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Medicine, Aquaculture, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management.
  • Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of products and industry related to Feed & Vet Ingredients.
