1. Sales Forecasting and Planning:
o Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual consumption forecasts for assigned clients.
o Create sales plans, revenue/profitability trend forecasts for each client, and customer care plans.
o Develop plans for expanding product/solution offerings.
2. Solution Consultation:
Collaborate with the Innovation Center and Supplier Management to identify and advise on product solutions based on client development strategies and competitor market intelligence.
3. Product Trend Updates:
Periodically update all clients on existing product development trends or new product launches.
4. Daily Sales Operations:
o New Business Development: Prospect for new clients, assess credit risk, guide contract preparation, and submit orders for approval within designated authority.
o Order Management: Process orders, handle complaints, and manage delivery schedules, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately, completely, and on time according to customer needs.
o Relationship Management: Build and maintain client relationships, communicate information, gather client needs, gather insights on new product trends, and report to Sales Management and relevant departments.
o Internal Coordination: Liaise and coordinate between clients and relevant internal departments (Accounting, Logistics, Innovation Center, Supplier Management, Import/Export, etc.) to ensure timely information gathering and response to inquiries or updates regarding product quality standards, technical specifications, relevant regulations, delivery progress, etc.
o Cross-selling: Collaborate with other Business Units (BUs) to expand the product sales portfolio with clients.
5. Reporting:
Prepare business performance reports (monthly/quarterly/semi-annually/annually), new client development reports, project updates, and customer care activity plans for the upcoming period.
6. Market Intelligence:
Provide market updates as requested by the Sales Manager/Commercial Director, BOD, or other departments.
