From May 19 to 21, 2025, Asia Ingredients Group (AIG) made a strong impression at SIAL Shanghai 2025 – SIAL Global Food Industry Summit, Asia’s largest food and beverage trade fair held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center (SNIEC). Representing Vietnam, AIG captured the attention of Chinese consumers and global partners with its high-tech ecosystem of premium agricultural ingredient solutions.

As part of the world’s leading F&B exhibition network, SIAL Shanghai 2025 spans over 200,000 square meters, welcoming more than 5,000 exhibitors and 180,000 professionals from over 110 countries and regions. It serves as a gateway for global businesses to access and expand in the Chinese market.

For its inaugural participation in SIAL Shanghai, AIG introduced its flagship Vietnamese ingredient solutions, including fruit purée, canned coconut water, and IQF frozen fruit. These products are processed using cutting-edge production lines imported from Germany and Europe, ensuring international quality standards while preserving the nutritional value and authentic taste of Vietnam’s agricultural heritage.

The product line attracted significant attention from Chinese consumers and international buyers, reinforcing the global appeal of Vietnamese ingredients and highlighting AIG’s export capabilities on a world-class stage.

AIG’s booth at SIAL Shanghai 2025 attracted interest from global partners and buyers, underscoring the appeal of Vietnamese agricultural ingredients in international markets.

As the world’s second-largest economy and Vietnam’s largest export destination—accounting for 21.9% of total export value—China represents a strategic growth market for AIG. The company’s successful debut at SIAL Shanghai signaled strong potential for deeper engagement and long-term international expansion.

With more than 23 years of experience supplying ingredients to leading food brands in Vietnam and across Asia, AIG has consistently invested in research, innovation, and the creation of high-value agricultural solutions that align with increasing consumer demand for food quality, safety, and traceability.

Today, AIG operates a fully integrated supply model. From raw material cultivation to scientific research and high-tech application throughout the supply chain, AIG ensures the highest standards across sensory quality, nutrition, food safety, ingredient traceability, and sustainability.

Looking forward, AIG will continue investing in organic farming zones, advancing deep-processing capabilities, and expanding partnerships and distribution networks in key markets such as China, Japan, the United States, Europe, and across Asia.

In addition to ingredient supply, AIG collaborates closely with clients from the early product development stage. This enables the company to deliver customized ingredient solutions tailored to each partner’s specific needs.

SIAL Shanghai 2025 marks a strategic milestone in AIG’s global expansion and affirms the rising position of Vietnamese ingredients in the global F&B landscape.

As the global food supply chain shifts toward greater sustainability, transparency, and technological integration, AIG continues to pursue its long-term vision of becoming a global provider of integrated ingredient solutions for the food and life sciences industries. Through this strategy, AIG aims to maximize value for partners and contribute to the sustainable development of Vietnam’s agricultural sector.
