From March 30 to April 2, 2026, Asia Ingredients Group (AIG) participated for the first time in Hotelex Shanghai 2026 – the 34th Shanghai International Hospitality Equipment & Foodservice Expo (China), further affirming the leading position of Vietnamese ingredients on the global food and beverage industry map.
