AIG Reinforces Vietnam’s Ingredient Presence at Fi Europe 2025
From December 2 to 4, 2025 in Paris, France, Asia Ingredients Group (AIG) showcased its portfolio of deeply processed, Vietnam origin agricultural ingredients at Food Ingredients Europe 2025 (Fi Europe), advancing its investment and commercial footprint while further elevating the global profile of Vietnamese ingredients.
AIG Makes a Strong Mark at Fi Europe 2025
Fi Europe 2025 stands among the world’s most prestigious events in the food ingredient sector, bringing together nearly 25,000 attendees and more than 1,500 businesses from over 135 countries. The exhibition serves as a global hub connecting manufacturers, R&D specialists, food-science institutes, and multinational corporations seeking new, sustainable, and consumer-driven ingredient solutions.
Participating in Fi Europe 2025, Asia Ingredients Group (AIG) continued to introduce its portfolio of specialty ingredients developed from Vietnam’s signature agricultural materials including coconut, cassava, and tropical fruits. Produced using advanced technologies and meeting stringent European standards, AIG’s ingredient solutions received high praise from business delegations across Europe, North America, and the Middle East.
Rifat Ozkesen of Agrico Foods B.V. (Netherlands) noted: “Our market demands clean, fully traceable ingredients, and AIG meets all these criteria. What sets AIG apart at Fi Europe this year is its complete ecosystem something many other companies don’t offer. Vietnam has the potential to become a key link in the global ingredient supply chain”.
AIG specialists engage directly with international partners, expanding collaboration opportunities in the global food-ingredient sector.
AIG’s model of supplying sustainable ingredient solutions accompanying partners throughout the research and product-development process also left a strong impression, reinforcing the Group’s position at Fi Europe 2025.
Advancing the Global Value of Vietnamese Ingredients
Fi Europe 2025 took place amid rapid global growth in the food ingredient market, which is projected to surpass USD 190 billion by 2034. Demand is rising sharply for natural, clean-label, plant-based, and organic ingredients.
Europe accounting for roughly 27–28% of global market share shows strong preference for clean ingredients and relies heavily on imports of tropical agricultural materials. This represents a significant opportunity for Vietnam and Vietnamese enterprises, which possess abundant natural resources and are accelerating progress in deep processing, traceability, and sustainable development.
AIG continues to assert its leadership in elevating Vietnamese agriculture in the global ingredient market.
As a leading corporation specializing in natural ingredients and end-to-end ingredient solutions, Asia Ingredients Group (AIG) used Fi Europe 2025 to unlock greater access for Vietnam’s agricultural derived ingredients to Europe’s premium distribution networks. The event not only expanded AIG’s commercial presence in the world’s third largest market for agricultural, forestry, and seafood products, but also reaffirmed the Group’s long-term strategy to enhance the value of Vietnam’s ingredients through its integrated ecosystem model.
Today, Asia Ingredients Group (AIG) has developed a fully integrated ecosystem encompassing the entire value chain from raw-material cultivation and product research to deep processing and distribution. The Group has also invested in modern Application Innovation Centers to develop new ingredients, improve product performance in line with global trends, and maximize the value of Vietnamese agricultural materials. This model enables international partners to easily access Vietnamese ingredients with consistent quality, transparency, and full compliance with global standards.
With its long-term vision and comprehensive approach, AIG is steadily positioning Vietnamese ingredients within the global value chain, contributing to elevating Vietnam’s standing on the world ingredient map and advancing the country toward becoming a global hub for high-quality agricultural ingredient processing and export.
