On June 19, 2025, APIS and ACP—two member companies of Asia Ingredients Group (AIG)—participated as key partners in the “KHỞI 2025” forum held in Ho Chi Minh City. The event brought together nearly 150 entrepreneurs, startup founders, and industry experts in the food and beverage (F&B) sector to connect and explore sustainable business solutions.

Comprehensive ingredient solutions for the F&B industry

As a nationwide platform connecting the F&B business community, “KHỞI 2025” aims to provide knowledge, solutions, and inspiration to young entrepreneurs entering the industry.

As a major sponsor, APIS and Asia Coconut Processing (ACP) presented practical, high-quality ingredient solutions to help young F&B startups optimize their operations from the early stages.

Signature brands from APIS and ACP featured at “KHỞI 2025”.

Among the featured products were Ciel, Bonali and Naita, developed by APIS to address the specific needs of cafés, milk tea shops, restaurants and hotels. These solutions help businesses maintain quality consistency, develop creative recipes and manage costs efficiently.

Ciel, a functional powder product line by APIS, designed for high versatility in beverage applications.

Meanwhile, ACP showcased its flagship product Vico Fresh—a canned coconut water produced using German UHT sterilization technology that meets international standards in preservation and quality. Vico Fresh is regarded as a strategic ingredient for creative beverage formulations, thanks to its consistent quality, authentic flavor, and versatile applications.

Vico Fresh is manufactured with UHT technology to meet strict international standards.

Empowering the next generation of F&B startups

As Vietnam’s F&B industry enters a dynamic phase of transformation, ingredient solutions are playing a more strategic role in shaping operational capacity and brand value. Shifting consumer preferences, rising quality expectations, and increasing demand for personalization are challenging many young businesses to rethink their models.

Young entrepreneurs experienced products first-hand at the event booth.

Understanding these challenges, APIS and ACP are stepping up as strategic partners for early-stage ventures. Their ingredient solutions help young businesses improve product consistency and better align with consumer tastes.

Beyond ingredient supply, both companies are actively involved in mentoring and consulting. Through hands-on support, APIS and ACP are helping startups refine business models, strengthen operations, and contribute to the long-term growth of a more sustainable and innovation-driven F&B ecosystem in Vietnam.
