On September 12, 2024, at the AIG Building, APIS Corporation – a member of Asia Ingredients Group (AIG) – signed a joint venture agreement with Shimakyu Co., Ltd., Japan. During the signing ceremony, Mr. Huynh Thanh Lam, Commercial Director of APIS, and Mr. Takeuchi Yusuke, Managing Director of Shimakyu, agreed to establish a factory in Vietnam.

The company operates modern production facilities and holds internationally recognized certifications such as GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001-2015, ISO 22000-2005, HALAL, and gluten-free standards.
