On June 12, 2025, nearly 30 managers from Asia Ingredients Group (AIG) officially received their certificates upon completing the Global Mini-MBA program. This marks another meaningful milestone in AIG’s journey to strengthen leadership capabilities and build a high-performing management team.
The program was uniquely designed to provide comprehensive knowledge in modern business management, strategic leadership mindset, and technology application, especially the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in management and operations in today’s globalized context. Through a practical learning approach and real-life case studies from AIG’s business operations, participants had the opportunity to sharpen their critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and agility in responding to constant market changes.
Throughout the program, participants gained practical insights and selectively applied them to their daily work. Ms. Phan Dinh Hong Chau, Head of the B2B Sales Division at APIS and one of the top three participants, shared her reflections: “This journey has been deeply meaningful to me, especially during a time when the Group is undergoing strong transformation. I believe that with a learning spirit, I and my colleagues across departments will grow into more effective managers. Together, we will collaborate and move toward our shared goals to help AIG reach greater success.”
