MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

– Implement strategic sales plans for the domestic market.

– Achieve the sales target based on products, suppliers, or segments assigned from company.

– Provide deep analysis on the Personcal care/Home care ingredient market.

– Keep good connection to existing customers.

– Seek new potential sales leads, approach efficiently and follow-up closely.

– Work closely with technical service, R&D team… to offer the right solution for customers.

– Collect and analyze market competition info to support sales decision.

– Coordinate with sales admin to monitor and control customers payment.

– Follow and ensure the fulfillment of the contract and the completion of the contract until the contract(s) get paid.

– Timely submit sales reports as required.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

– Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Food Science, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, or Industrial/Cosmetic Chemistry.

– Language: Professional working proficiency in English (Communication).

– Minimum of 3 years’ experience in home care/personal care ingredients sales, work location: Hanoi or HCMC.

– Proven track record working with major manufacturers in the Chemical, or Household sectors.

– R&D Experience within home and personal care manufacturing companies is a significant advantage.
