APIS and Shimakyu Sign Joint Venture Agreement to Open Factory in Vietnam

On September 12, 2024, at the AIG Building, APIS Corporation – a member of Asia Ingredients Group (AIG) – signed a joint venture agreement with Shimakyu Co., Ltd., Japan. During the signing ceremony, Mr. Huynh Thanh Lam, Commercial Director of APIS, and Mr. Takeuchi Yusuke, Managing Director of Shimakyu, agreed to establish a factory in Vietnam.
With nearly 150 years of experience, Shimakyu is a leading manufacturer of premixes, additives, and seasonings. The company operates modern production facilities and holds internationally recognized certifications such as GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001-2015, ISO 22000-2005, HALAL, and gluten-free standards. Its products are widely used in industries such as seafood and meat processing, beverages, bakery, confectionery, and many others.
APIS, as a member of AIG, is a professional supplier of food ingredients, committed to providing optimal solutions and high-quality raw materials while continuously updating the latest consumer trends. This joint venture, combining Japanese technology and international standards, is set to deliver high-quality products that meet the diverse demands of the Vietnamese market.
