Asia Ingredients Group (AIG) Helps Employees Enhance Problem-Solving Skills

To create opportunities for each employee to improve their working capacity and contribute to enhancing individual and departmental efficiency, Asia Ingredients Group (AIG) organized a training program titled “Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills” on July 6th and July 26th, 2024.

The training content, designed for 64 employees from various departments and member companies of Asia Ingredients Group (AIG), included: an overview of thinking and problem-solving abilities, and the skills required for problem-solving. The program integrated many classic thinking methods and techniques that have been proven effective globally, such as Brainstorming, Six Thinking Hats, Mind Mapping, and Breakthrough Thinking.

Through the program, participants were exposed to popular thinking techniques, key principles, and steps necessary for effective problem-solving. The course not only helped participants apply suitable thinking techniques to solve problems effectively but also helped them understand the important points to build, select, and implement practical solutions. With the knowledge gained from the course, Asia Ingredients Group (AIG) hopes that participants will effectively apply it to their work, resolving any issues that arise within their responsibilities, enabling them to live and work successfully in all circumstances, especially in today’s volatile economic environment.

Always seeks to enhance employee efficiency with modern tools. For example, in a recent event, Asia Ingredients Group (AIG) improved employee efficiency with Microsoft Lists. Additionally, the group focuses on elevating the nutritional expertise of sales staff.
