On August 17, 2024, Asia Ingredients Group (AIG) held the “Asian Kite” Scholarship Award Ceremony at the AIG Building. This initiative is part of AIG’s community commitment, aligned with the motto “Help Us – Help Others – For A Better Life”
In its second year, AIG awarded 268 scholarships to outstanding students and those in special circumstances, particularly the children of AIG employees. The number of scholarships increased by nearly 100 compared to the previous year, with the total value nearly doubling compared to 2023.
The 2024 “Asian Kite” Scholarship program is divided into two categories: 229 “Continuing Kite” Scholarships, aimed at supporting the education and development of young talent. These scholarships reflect the spirit of dedication, hard work, and a constant drive to learn, encouraging young people to continue their pursuit of excellence. 39 “Dream Kite” Scholarships, awarded to individuals in difficult circumstances who show remarkable determination to overcome challenges. This support is both financial and motivational, providing these individuals with the opportunity to pursue their dreams and transform their lives.
